The Campbell Spartans flag football team scored 12 points and restricted the visiting South Paulding Spartans to 6 in the Spartans non-league win on Monday.

In their next game, the Spartans play the Kennesaw Mountain Mustangs (Kennesaw, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 13. Campbell will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 34-0 non-league loss to Lithia Springs (Lithia Springs, GA).

The Spartans (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Mount Paran Christian (Kennesaw, GA). The Eagles go into the D4 Area 5 test with a 0-4 record. In their last test, Mount Paran Christian was nipped by Pebblebrook (Mableton, GA), 19-0, in a non-league test.
