Palmyra Cougars (Palmyra, PA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host Middletown Blue Raiders (Middletown, PA), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Palmyra moves its record to 6-9 on the campaign.
The Blue Raiders now sport a 9-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Susquehanna Township for a Mid-Penn - Capital test on Wednesday, October 15. Middletown will clash with a HANNA team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Red Land (Lewisberry, PA). The HANNA record now stands at 6-12.
