The Towanda Black Knights (Towanda, PA) soccer nipped the visiting Sullivan County Griffins (Laporte, PA), 5-4 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Black Knights now hold a 3-8 record.
With the loss, Sullivan County moves to 5-11 on the season. The Griffins travel to Wyalusing Valley (Wyalusing, PA) to battle the Rams in a non-league contest on Tuesday, October 14. The Rams enter the contest with a record of 8-8. Wyalusing Valley lost 4-2 in their recent league contest against Troy (Troy, PA)
