The Howard Lions overwhelmed the host Glenelg Gladiators football squad by a margin of 40-6 in Monday's non-league test.
The Lions now sport a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Atholton for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 21. Howard will meet a Raiders squad coming off a 33-14 non-league win over Long Reach (Columbia, MD). The Raiders record now stands at 4-1.
With the defeat, Glenelg falls to 3-3 on the year. The Gladiators travel to Long Reach (Columbia, MD) to face the Lightning in a non-league challenge on Monday, October 27. The Lightning enter the challenge with a record of 0-6.
