The Newberry Bulldogs edged the visiting Mid-Carolina Rebels volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Monday's non-league game.
Next up, the Bulldogs face the Fox Creek Predators (North Augusta, SC) in a game, on Wednesday, October 15. Newberry will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Predators come into the outing with a 11-4 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Silver Bluff (Aiken, SC).
With the loss, Mid-Carolina drops to 17-3 on the season. The Rebels host Clinton (Clinton, SC) to confront the Red Devils in a non-league game on Thursday, October 16. The Red Devils go into the game with a record of 6-1.
