In Monday's non-league outing, the host St. Louis University Junior Bills soccer squad scored a tight 2-0 victory over the Capital City Cavaliers.
The Junior Bills (13-2) will now prepare for their outing against De Smet Jesuit (St. Louis, MO). The Spartans go into the non-league outing with a 9-5 record. In their last outing, De Smet Jesuit got by Vianney (Kirkwood, MO), 2-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Cavaliers confront the Webster Groves Statesmen (Webster Groves, MO) in a non-league outing, on Friday, October 17. Capital City will attempt to improve on its 9-3 season record. The Statesmen go into the outing with a 4-10 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Lafayette (Wildwood, MO).
