In Monday's non-league outing, the visiting Clear Spring Blazers soccer squad scored a tight 2-0 win over the Smithsburg Leopards.

The Blazers (8-3) will now prepare for their outing against Southern (Oakland, MD). The Rams enter the non-league outing with a 4-8 record. In their last outing, Southern by Fort Hill (Cumberland, MD), 5-0, in a league test.

The Leopards now sport a 2-10 record. They take the field next when they host North Hagerstown for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 15. Smithsburg will clash with a Hubs team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Linganore (Frederick, MD). The Hubs record now stands at 5-6.
