Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Appoquinimink Jaguars (West Middletown, DE) and the visiting Hodgson Vo-Tech Eagles (Newark, DE), observed Appoquinimink's volleyball team top Hodgson Vo-Tech by a tally of 3-0.
The Jaguars (9-2) will now prepare for their contest against Cape Henlopen (Lewes, DE). The Vikings enter the non-league contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, Cape Henlopen was beaten by Conrad Science (Wilmington, DE), 3-2, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles encounter the Odessa Ducks (Townsend, DE) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, October 15. Hodgson Vo-Tech will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record.
