In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Griggs County Central/Midkota Cougars volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Four Winds/Minnewaukan Indians.

The Cougars (9-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Enderlin (Enderlin, ND). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 8-10 record. In their last challenge, Enderlin beat Barnes County North co-op [North Central/Wimbledon-Courtenay] (Rogers, ND), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Indians play the St. John Woodchucks (St. John, ND) in a B - Region 4 test, on Tuesday, October 14. Four Winds/Minnewaukan will attempt to advance on its 1-9 season record. The Woodchucks go into the test with a 2-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Benson County [Leeds/Maddock] (Leeds, ND).
