Connecticut High School Volleyball - Montville tips Mercy

October 13, 2025: Middletown, CT 6457

In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Montville Wolves volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Mercy Tigers.

The Wolves (8-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Old Lyme (Old Lyme, CT). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 7-11 record. In their last challenge, Old Lyme was nudged by Valley Regional (Deep River, CT), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Tigers play the West Haven Blue Devils (West Haven, CT) in a Southern Connecticut - Hammonasset game, on Thursday, October 16. Mercy will attempt to advance on its 7-11 season record. The Blue Devils go into the game with a 10-3 record after their 3-1 league loss to Sacred Heart Academy (Hamden, CT).
