North Point Eagles (Waldorf, MD) followers left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Westlake Wolverines (Waldorf, MD), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Eagles (4-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Northern (Owings, MD). The Patriots come into the non-league challenge with a 9-3 record. In their last challenge, Northern beat Chopticon (Morganza, MD), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Wolverines play the Lackey Chargers (Indian Head, MD) in a Southern Maryland game, on Wednesday, October 15. Westlake will attempt to advance on its 2-8 season record. The Chargers go into the game with a 6-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Calvert (Prince Frederick, MD).
