The Pana Panthers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Tri-City Tornadoes to 0 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Panthers now possess a 23-7 record. They play next when they travel to North Mac for a South Central outing on Tuesday, October 14. Pana will play a Panthers team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Gillespie (Gillespie, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 5-14.
With the loss, Tri-City drops to 4-22 on the campaign. The Tornadoes host Pawnee (Pawnee, IL) to battle the Indians in a MSM match on Thursday, October 16. The Indians enter the match with a record of 13-11. Pawnee won 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Greenview (Greenview, IL)
