The Azle Christian Fighting Crusaders (Azle, TX) football edged the visiting Ranger Bulldogs (Ranger, TX), 2-0 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Fighting Crusaders face the Prestonwood Christian North (Prosper, TX) in a TAPPS Six-Man Division III District 2 (6 Man) bout, on Friday, October 28. Azle Christian will attempt to move on its 6-2 season record.
The Bulldogs (2-5) will now prepare for their bout against North Texas Spartans (McKinney, TX). The Spartans enter the non-league bout with a 0-7 record. In their last bout, North Texas Spartans was nudged by Fannindel (Ladonia, TX), 50-0, in a non-league bout.
