California High School Football - Merced trounces Buhach Colony

October 14, 2022: Atwater, CA 95301

In Friday's league match, the visiting Merced Bears football squad scored a big 49-13 victory over the Buhach Colony Thunder.

In their next game, the Bears clash with the Central Valley Hawks (Ceres, CA) in a Central California - CCC match, on Friday, October 21. Merced will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Hawks enter the match with a 1-7 record after their 23-20 league loss to Atwater (Atwater, CA).

The Thunder (4-4) will now prepare for their match against Patterson (Patterson, CA). The Tigers enter the Central California - CCC match with a 8-1 record. In their last match, Patterson routed Golden Valley (Merced, CA), 35-13, in a league match.
