Ohio High School Football - Hopewell-Loudon gets by Calvert

October 14, 2022: Tiffin, OH 44883

The Hopewell-Loudon Chieftains football squad scored 21 points and restricted the host Calvert Senecas to 18 in the Chieftains league victory on Friday.

The Chieftains now possess a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gibsonburg for a Sandusky Bay - River battle on Friday, October 21. Hopewell-Loudon will play a Golden Bears squad coming off a 58-0 league win over St. Joseph Central Catholic (Fremont, OH). The Golden Bears record now stands at 8-1.

Coming up next, the Senecas play the Lakota Raiders (Kansas, OH) in a Sandusky Bay - River battle, on Friday, October 21. Calvert will attempt to advance on its 5-4 season record. The Raiders enter the battle with a 2-7 record after their 30-0 non-league loss to Edon (Edon, OH).
