South Carolina High School Football - Catawba Ridge trounces Lancaster

October 14, 2022: Fort Mill, SC 29715

In Friday's league match, the host Catawba Ridge Copperheads football squad scored a big 60-14 victory over the Lancaster Bruins.

In their next game, the Copperheads clash with the Indian Land Warriors (Fort Mill, SC) in a AAAA Region 3 match, on Friday, October 21. Catawba Ridge will attempt to move on its 8-0 season record. The Warriors enter the match with a 5-3 record after their 19-7 league loss to South Pointe (Rock Hill, SC).

The Bruins (3-5) will now prepare for their match against York (York, SC). The Cougars enter the AAAA Region 3 match with a 4-4 record. In their last match, York was crushed by Northwestern (Rock Hill, SC), 45-17, in a league match.
