The Cedar Vale/Dexter Spartans football team (Cedar Vale, KS), was ripped 56-0 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Sedan Devils (Sedan, KS)

The Devils (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Flinthills (Rosalia, KS). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, Flinthills trounced Yates Center (Yates Center, KS), 58-8, in a non-league challenge.

The Spartans now sport a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Oswego for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 21. Cedar Vale/Dexter will meet a Indians team coming off a 58-8 non-league loss to West Elk (Howard, KS). The Indians record now stands at 5-2.
