The Des Arc Eagles football team (Des Arc, AR), was beaten 34-22 in Friday's league challenge with the host Clarendon Lions (Clarendon, AR)
The Lions (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Marked Tree (Marked Tree, AR). The Indians come into the 2A Region 2 challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Marked Tree achieved victory over McCrory (McCrory, AR), 22-12, in a league challenge.
