The Clarke County Eagles (Berryville, VA) football routed the visiting Meridian Mustangs (Falls Church, VA), 41-0 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Eagles face the East Rockingham (Elkton, VA) in a Shenandoah bout, on Friday, October 21. Clarke County will attempt to advance on its 5-2 season record. The enter the bout with a 4-4 record after their 35-14 league win over Luray (Luray, VA).
