Texas High School Football - Clyde held off by Jim Ned

In Friday's league game, the Jim Ned Indians (Tuscola, TX) football team tipped the visiting Clyde Bulldogs (Clyde, TX), by a final score of 28-21.

The Indians (4-3) will now prepare for their game against Breckenridge (Breckenridge, TX). The Buckaroos come into the 3A-1 Region I District 3 game with a 6-1 record. In their last game, Breckenridge was tipped by Vernon (Vernon, TX), 28-21, in a league game.

The Bulldogs now hold a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Bowie for a 3A-1 Region I District 3 game on Friday, October 21. Clyde will battle a Jackrabbits team coming off a 25-22 league loss to Iowa Park (Iowa Park, TX). The Jackrabbits record now stands at 0-7.
