In Friday's non-league game, the Sully Buttes Chargers (Onida, SD) football team were victorious over the visiting Corsica/Stickney Jaguars (Corsica, SD), by a score of 32-14.

The Chargers (6-2) will now prepare for their game against Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] (Gettysburg, SD). The Battlers come into the non-league game with a 3-5 record. In their last game, Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] knocked off Sunshine Bible Academy (Miller, SD), 42-14, in a league game.

The Jaguars now sport a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Irene/Wakonda for a non-league game on Thursday, October 20. Corsica/Stickney will meet a Eagles team coming off a 36-14 league loss to Alcester-Hudson (Alcester, SD). The Eagles record now stands at 3-5.
