In Friday's league match, the visiting DeSmet Bulldogs football squad scored a good 32-14 victory over the Deubrook Dolphins.
In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Colome Cowboys (Colome, SD) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 20. DeSmet will attempt to move on its 5-3 season record. The Cowboys enter the match with a 4-4 record after their 45-14 non-league loss to Hanson (Alexandria, SD).
The Dolphins (4-4) will now prepare for their match against Wolsey-Wessington (Wolsey, SD). The Warbirds enter the non-league match with a 5-3 record. In their last match, Wolsey-Wessington thwarted Avon (Avon, SD), 34-16, in a non-league match.
