The Midlothian Heritage Jaguars held off the visiting Ennis Lions football team by a final score of 38-35 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Midlothian Heritage improves its record to 6-1 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Corsicana (Corsicana, TX) to confront the Tigers in a 5A-2 Region II District 5 outing on Friday, October 21. The Tigers go into the outing with a record of 1-6. Corsicana lost 56-21 in their recent league outing against Mansfield Summit (Arlington, TX)

With the loss, Ennis moves to 2-5 on the season. The Lions host Seguin (Arlington, TX) to confront the Cougars in a 5A-2 Region II District 5 outing on Friday, October 21. The Cougars go into the outing with a record of 3-4. Seguin won 47-7 in their recent league outing against Joshua (Joshua, TX)
