Mississippi High School Football - Salem felled by Enterprise

The Salem Wildcats football team (Tylertown, MS), was knocked off 38-28 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Enterprise Yellowjackets (Brookhaven, MS)

The Yellowjackets (1-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Lumberton (Lumberton, MS). The Panthers come into the 1A Region 4 challenge with a 3-5 record. In their last challenge, Lumberton was knocked off by Taylorsville (Taylorsville, MS), 60-22, in a league challenge.

The Wildcats now sport a 0-8 record. They take the field next when they host Bay Springs for a 1A Region 4 challenge on Thursday, October 20. Salem will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 56-12 league win over Mount Olive (Mount Olive, MS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-1.
