The Knoch Knights football team (Saxonburg, PA), was ripped 42-0 in Friday's league challenge with the host Freeport Yellowjackets (Freeport, PA)

The Yellowjackets (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Valley (New Kensington, PA). The Vikings come into the WPIAL AAA Allegheny 6 challenge with a 1-7 record. In their last challenge, Valley was ripped by Shady Side Academy (Pittsburgh, PA), 30-0, in a league challenge.

The Knights now sport a 0-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Allegheny for a WPIAL AAA Allegheny 6 challenge on Friday, October 21. Knoch will meet a Wild Cats team coming off a 42-7 league win over Deer Lakes (Russellton, PA). The Wild Cats record now stands at 6-2.
