In Friday's league match, the host King's Academy Lions football squad scored a big 48-0 victory over the Suncoast Chargers.
In their next game, the Lions clash with the True North Classical Academy Titans (Miami, FL) in a non-league match, on Friday, October 21. King's Academy will attempt to move on its 6-1 season record. The Titans enter the match with a 5-2 record after their 34-33 non-league win over Somerset Academy Silver Palms (Miami, FL).
The Chargers (1-6) will now prepare for their match against Glades Central (Belle Glade, FL). The Raiders enter the 2M District 9 match with a 1-7 record. In their last match, Glades Central was crushed by Inlet Grove (Riviera Beach, FL), 10-6, in a league match.
