In Friday's league match, the visiting Rain Red Raiders football squad scored a good 41-23 victory over the LeFlore Rattlers.

In their next game, the Red Raiders clash with the Elberta Warriors (Elberta, AL) in a 5A Region 1 match, on Friday, October 21. Rain will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Warriors enter the match with a 1-7 record after their 42-0 league loss to Vigor (Prichard, AL).

The Rattlers (0-8) will now prepare for their match against Citronelle (Citronelle, AL). The Wildcats enter the 5A Region 1 match with a 0-8 record. In their last match, Citronelle dropped by UMS-Wright Prep (Mobile, AL), 50-6, in a league match.
