Pennsylvania High School Football - Penn Cambria held off by Richland

In Friday's league game, the Richland Rams (Johnstown, PA) football team got by the visiting Penn Cambria Panthers (Cresson, PA), by a score of 49-42.

The Rams (8-0) will now prepare for their game against Chestnut Ridge (New Paris, PA). The Lions come into the Laurel Highlands game with a 6-2 record. In their last game, Chestnut Ridge was tipped by Bishop Guilfoyle (Altoona, PA), 45-28, in a league game.

The Panthers now sport a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Forest Hills for a Laurel Highlands game on Friday, October 21. Penn Cambria will battle a Rangers team coming off a 28-27 league loss to Westmont Hilltop (Johnstown, PA). The Rangers record now stands at 2-6.
