The Zachary Broncos thwarted the visiting Scotlandville Hornets football team by a count of 53-38 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Zachary upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Broncos travel to Central (Baton Rouge, LA) to encounter the Wildcats in a 5A District 4 outing on Friday, October 21. The Wildcats go into the outing with a record of 3-4. Central lost 38-17 in their recent league outing against Catholic-B.R. (Baton Rouge, LA)
