In Friday's league game, the McEvans Warriors (Shaw, MS) football team smashed the host West Bolivar Eagles (Rosedale, MS), by a score of 44-0.
The Warriors (7-1) will now prepare for their game against South Delta (Rolling Fork, MS). The Bulldogs come into the 1A Region 2 game with a 6-2 record. In their last game, South Delta overwhelmed West Tallahatchie (Webb, MS), 49-8, in a league game.
