The Sparks Railroaders football team (Sparks, NV), was tipped 16-12 in Friday's league challenge with the host South Tahoe Vikings (South Lake Tahoe, CA)
The Vikings (1-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Truckee (Truckee, CA). The Wolverines come into the 3A Northern - West challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, Truckee nipped Hug (Reno, NV), 45-14, in a league challenge.
The Railroaders now sport a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they host North Valleys for a 3A Northern - West challenge on Friday, October 21. Sparks will meet a Panthers team coming off a 56-6 league loss to Wooster (Reno, NV). The Panthers record now stands at 2-6.
