The Meade Mustangs thwarted the visiting Annapolis Panthers football team by a count of 22-6 in Friday's league outing.
With the win, Meade upgrades its record to 2-5 on the year. The Mustangs travel to South River (Edgewater, MD) to face the Seahawks in a bout on Friday, October 21. The Seahawks enter the bout with a record of 0-1. South River lost 42-0 in their recent league bout against Old Mill (Millersville, MD)
The Panthers (2-5) will now prepare for their bout against North County (Glen Burnie, MD). The Knights enter the bout with a 0-1 record. In their last bout, North County lost by Old Mill (Millersville, MD), 22-6, in a league bout.
