The Steele Canyon Cougars football team (Spring Valley, CA), was beaten 26-7 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Helix Highlanders (La Mesa, CA)
The Highlanders (1-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Grossmont (El Cajon, CA). The Foothillers come into the challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Grossmont was beaten by Mira Mesa (San Diego, CA), 39-0, in a non-league challenge.
