California High School Football - Placer knocks off Nevada Union

The Placer Hillmen football squad scored 38 points and limited the visiting Nevada Union Miners to 22 in the Hillmen league win on Friday.

The Hillmen now possess a 7-1 record. They play next when they travel to West Park for a battle on Friday, October 21. Placer will play a Panthers squad coming off a 13-7 league win over Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 5-2.

Coming up next, the Miners play the Oakmont Vikings (Roseville, CA) in a battle, on Friday, October 21. Nevada Union will attempt to advance on its 4-4 season record. The Vikings go into the battle with a 1-7 record after their 36-0 league loss to Lincoln (Lincoln, CA).
