The Trinity Christian Gryphons volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Immanuel Christian Warriors to 0 in the Gryphons non-league victory on Friday.
The Gryphons now have a 5-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saint John Paul the Great Catholic for a Virginia Christian Athletic game on Tuesday, October 18. Trinity Christian will meet a Wolves team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Fredericksburg Victory (Fredericksburg, VA). The Wolves record now stands at 3-12.
The Warriors (0-4) will now prepare for their game against Christ Chapel Academy (Woodbridge, VA). The enter the Northern Virginia game with a 7-11 record. In their last game, Christ Chapel Academy dropped by Fairfax HomeSchool (Fairfax, VA), 3-0, in a league game.
