    The Yale Bulldogs football team (Yale, MI), was beaten 47-19 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Almont Raiders (Almont, MI)

    The Raiders (8-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Ogemaw Heights (West Branch, MI). The Falcons come into the non-league challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, Ogemaw Heights knocked off Standish-Sterling (Standish, MI), 28-0, in a non-league challenge.

    The Bulldogs now sport a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Swartz Creek for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 20. Yale will meet a Dragons team coming off a 36-20 non-league loss to Owosso (Owosso, MI). The Dragons record now stands at 2-6.
