The Massapequa Chiefs football squad scored 28 points and limited the visiting Hempstead Tigers to 7 in the Chiefs league win on Saturday.

The Chiefs now possess a 7-0 record. They play next when they travel to Farmingdale for a Section 8 Conference I battle on Saturday, October 21. Massapequa will play a Dalers squad coming off a 28-10 league win over Oceanside (Oceanside, NY). The Dalers record now stands at 6-0.

Coming up next, the Tigers play the Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK Hawks (Plainview, NY) in a Section 8 Conference I battle, on Saturday, October 21. Hempstead will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Hawks go into the battle with a 1-5 record after their 26-0 league loss to Westbury (Old Westbury, NY).
