Lawrence Academy Spartans (Groton, MA) fans left the game satisfied Saturday as they observed their football team run past the visiting Thayer Academy Tigers (Braintree, MA), 58-30 in a league test.

With the win, Lawrence Academy improves its record to 4-0 on the season. The Spartans travel to St. Sebastian's School (Needham, MA) to confront the Arrows in a Independent School ISL-7 test on Friday, October 20. The Arrows go into the test with a record of 2-3. St. Sebastian's School lost 38-28 in their recent non-league test against Tabor Academy (Marion, MA)

With the loss, Thayer Academy moves to 1-3 on the season. The Tigers host Belmont Hill (Belmont, MA) to confront the Sextants in a Independent School ISL-7 test on Friday, October 20. The Sextants go into the test with a record of 3-1. Belmont Hill won 35-7 in their recent non-league test against Rivers (Weston, MA)
