The Arapahoe Warriors (Centennial, CO) football edged the host Cherokee Trail Cougars (Aurora, CO), 7-6 in Saturday's league bout.
In their next game, the Warriors face the Cherry Creek Bruins (Greenwood Village, CO) in a bout, on Saturday, October 21. Arapahoe will attempt to advance on its 2-6 season record. The Bruins enter the bout with a 8-0 record after their 42-7 non-league win over Eaglecrest (Centennial, CO).
The Cougars (4-4) will now prepare for their bout against Grandview (Aurora, CO). The Wolves enter the non-league bout with a 7-1 record. In their last bout, Grandview nudged Smoky Hill (Aurora, CO), 30-18, in a non-league bout.
