The St. Edward Eagles (Lakewood, OH) football routed the visiting Archbishop Moeller Fighting Crusaders (Cincinnati, OH), 42-7 in Saturday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Eagles face the Archbishop Hoban Knights (Akron, OH) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, October 19. St. Edward will attempt to move on its 11-2 season record. The Knights enter the bout with a 9-0 record after their 35-6 non-league win over Glenville (Cleveland, OH).
The Fighting Crusaders (7-5) will now prepare for their bout against Beechwood (Fort Mitchell, KY). The Tigers enter the non-league bout with a 4-2 record. In their last bout, Beechwood walloped Simon Kenton (Independence, KY), 36-0, in a non-league bout.
