Braymer Bobcats (Braymer, MO) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Novinger Wildcats (Novinger, MO), 7-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Bobcats now own a 8-8 record. They take the field next when they host Schuyler County for a non-league challenge on Monday, October 16. Braymer will face a Rams squad coming off a 11-2 non-league win over Green City (Green City, MO). The Rams record now stands at 10-17.
With the loss, Novinger falls to 7-15 on the campaign.
