The Palmer Moose volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Bettye Davis East Anchorage Thunderbirds to 1 in the Moose non-league victory on Saturday.
The Moose now possess a 17-24 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Colony for a non-league game on Saturday, October 14. Palmer will meet a Knights team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Palmer (Palmer, AK). The Knights record now stands at 17-17.
The Thunderbirds (28-10) will now prepare for their game against Thunder Mountain (Juneau, AK). The Falcons enter the non-league game with a 27-8 record. In their last game, Thunder Mountain was nudged by Chugiak (Chugiak, AK), 2-0, in a non-league game.
