The Roland-Story Norsemen volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Boone Toreadors to 0 in the Norsemen non-league victory on Saturday.

The Norsemen now have a 23-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Independence for a non-league game on Tuesday, October 17. Roland-Story will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over South Tama County (Tama, IA). The Mustangs record now stands at 15-21.

The Toreadors (12-18) will now prepare for their game against Gilbert (Gilbert, IA). The Tigers enter the Raccoon River game with a 12-18 record. In their last game, Gilbert dropped by Red Oak (Red Oak, IA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
