The Somerset Briar Jumpers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting East Ridge Warriors to 1 in the Briar Jumpers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Briar Jumpers now have a 21-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jackson County for a non-league game on Saturday, October 14.
The Warriors (12-16) will now prepare for their game against Shelby Valley (Pikeville, KY). The Wildcats enter the District 59 game with a 23-10 record. In their last game, Shelby Valley held off Tug Valley (Williamson, WV), 3-0, in a non-league game.
