Alabama High School Volleyball - Lawrence County edged by Fairhope

The Fairhope Pirates held off the visiting Lawrence County Red Devils volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Pirates now have a 36-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Montgomery Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, October 14. Fairhope will confront a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over West Point (Cullman, AL). The Eagles record now stands at 41-5.

The Red Devils (41-16) will now prepare for their test against West Morgan (Trinity, AL). The Rebels enter the non-league test with a 20-22 record. In their last test, West Morgan was nudged by Gulf Shores (Gulf Shores, AL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
