The Holy Trinity Catholic Crusaders volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Grinnell Tigers to 1 in the Crusaders non-league victory on Saturday.
The Crusaders now have a 25-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Albia for a non-league game on Saturday, October 14. Holy Trinity Catholic will meet a Blue Demons team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Fairfield (Fairfield, IA). The Blue Demons record now stands at 18-10.
The Tigers (9-23) will now prepare for their game against Knoxville (Knoxville, IA). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 22-8 record. In their last game, Knoxville nipped Chariton (Chariton, IA), 3-0, in a league game.
