The Hutchinson Tigers topped the visiting Highland Park Scots volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Tigers now have a 10-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to DeLaSalle for a non-league test on Saturday, October 14. Hutchinson will confront a Islanders team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Eastview (Apple Valley, MN). The Islanders record now stands at 10-11.

The Scots (6-8) will now prepare for their test against Mahtomedi (Mahtomedi, MN). The Zephyrs enter the non-league test with a 12-10 record. In their last test, Mahtomedi was knocked off by Tartan (Oakdale, MN), 3-2, in a league test.
