The West Carroll Thunder (Savanna, IL) volleyball overcame the visiting North Boone Vikings (Poplar Grove, IL), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

With the win, West Carroll upgrades its record to 5-23 on the year. The Thunder travel to Amboy (Amboy, IL) to face the Clippers in a non-league outing on Saturday, October 14. The Clippers go into the outing with a record of 2-17. Amboy lost 2-0 in their recent league outing against Forreston (Forreston, IL)

The Vikings now own a 5-21 record. They play next when they host Christian Life for a non-league outing on Monday, October 16. North Boone will face a Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Schaumburg Christian (Schaumburg, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 10-14.
