Nevada High School Volleyball - Smith Valley over Owyhee

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Smith Valley Bulldogs (Smith, NV) and the visiting Owyhee Braves (Owyhee, NV), saw Smith Valley's volleyball squad beat Owyhee by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Smith Valley upgrades its record to 26-2 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Sierra Sage Academy/Right Of Passage (Yerington, NV) to play the Rams in a 1A Western bout on Monday, October 16. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 1-13. Sierra Sage Academy/Right Of Passage lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Pyramid Lake (Nixon, NV)

The Braves now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Jackpot for a 1A Eastern bout on Friday, October 20. Owyhee will play a Jaguars squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Carlin (Carlin, NV). The Jaguars record now stands at 1-8.
