The Dragons (18-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Paul Laurence Dunbar (Lexington, KY). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 26-7 record. In their last challenge, Paul Laurence Dunbar defeated East Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Commodores encounter the North Oldham Mustangs (Goshen, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 14. Tates Creek will attempt to move on its 15-17 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 21-7 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Christian Academy-Louisville (Louisville, KY).
